Further frivolity here... browbands.

Look at Ice Bling from the UK. Their price are really reasonable and the broadbands are very nice.

atr, be extra diligent about that treatment and antibiotics. I have been horsing around for over 40 years and about 3 years ago I learned of a bone infection that can develop related to abscesses that I had never heard of before that: quittor. It is treatable, but can be life threatening. The horse that I learned about this on unfortunately had to be put down. He was a rescue and it had gone untreated for too long. Hang in there.

Kateh1 - not super passe’. You can still buy them and some people aren’t as  about the bling as others. (Put me in the crazy camp. My custom browband crystals for my horse are in the Seahawks colors! Fortunately, he’s a dark bay so they look good.) Don’t get me started on the (tacky af) giant Rhinestones on my double bridle’s browband! And my sparkly princess dressage whip - whoo! But, yes the good old brass clinchers are understated and classy. Fear not and covet-on!

Oh, I know, Mondo–I lost a really nice mare several years ago to a bone infection from an abscess, so I’m freaked out and all over it. Thanks for the concern, though–I appreciate it!

Clinchers with bling (is nothing sacred?)

Welcome to the club, Fred… !!!

Got my blingy browband from Bridles and Reins! Very pretty and good quality for the price. It is oversized and looks to be the same length as the “average” size one I have from Solo Equine. Loops are a little small but I can make it work!
