Ms. Gillian DuPont has passed. Services will be held on Thursday.

Also, if any of you hunted with the Pohick Valley Hunt (Virginia), the former huntsman recently passed away. I can’t find the newspaper clipping or I’d post the information - if any of you want more info pm me and I’ll try and get it from the local paper.

Awww, I never knew or met Ms. DuPont but I have a wonderful lightweight hunt coat I bought from The Old Habit over the phone along with a few other odds and ends.

Another sad passing - that of Robert H. Bull-Brett of Geneseo on October 20, 2011.

A perfectly wonderful man who hunted with the Genesee Valley Hunt.

Johah Short will be missed!!

Jonah Short hunted with the Old Dominion Hounds in his later years. He was a fun guy with a great sense of humour.

Gillian DuPont always looked so elegant and polished and well turned out on a horse and off. A truly elegant horsewoman of much grace & dignity.
