I was just involved in a situation like this, except the owners had an attorney and extricated the horse within two weeks of the potential “buyer” getting the horse. I was the back up buyer and now have a very nice mare sitting in my barn. Once again, do not let the horse leave your property without a written agreement and a check for the full amount of the horse.
I’ll take the 5/2 and wonder if the seller will grow the nads it takes to tell the “buyers” to s@d off when they low ball her. It’s not like she hasn’t any other options :winkgrin:
