There is GasX for people which also worked for my dog. Is there such a product for horses?

You can use the human Gas-X for horses. I keep a box in the barn, but haven’t needed it (knock on wood). 1 capsule per 100# of horse.
I use the human ones too, one tab per 100lb. of horse works great.
Our vet has been recommending human Gas-x for more than 15 years and we do keep a box in the barn. If you pick the right flavor they may eat it right out of you hand. 1 tab per 100#. We had a gelding who had a tendency towards gas colic, and it fixed him right up.
I will keep that in mind for a mild gas colic but would get too expensive on a daily basis.
Today I just forced him to keep moving while passing gas and he seemed to survive. I think I have just allowed him to have a bad habit by letting him stop to pass gas.
