george williams new home

Was doing a search and saw that George Williams will be staying in Ohio…North Ohio Dressage Association has the info posted on their website. He will be working with Elizabeth Juliano at her farm “Havensafe Farm” in Middlefield, Ohio and Wellington, Florida… He will also start his own training venture under his own name… Congrats George!!:yes: So glad he is staying in Ohio;)

Good for him and good for OH. He is a treasure and deserves to be treated as such. I wish him all the luck!

AW MY GOODNESS!!! What a fantastic thing!

You’ll be able to have sleepovers!

slc, since you are in OH, please promise to write a clinic report after you ride with him!

Yes slc2…lol…lucky you!!! Who knows, maybe I will be there to join you:):wink:

Well, Williams could have searched for a situation anywhere. It’s good he is hangin with us in the summer months.

I haven’t ridden with him, but I’ve audited clinics.

A lot of the trainers in this area trailer to ride with him. A couple head to FLA for a few monts in the winter to ride with him, too. The area would have lost a good influence and resource. The news is great!

Betsy Juliano is a friend and a lovely person – I’m very happy for both her and George!

Does anyone know how I would get in touch with George Williams - phone number or e-mail?

Thanks,

Lora

I assume that SLC knows, but if she doesn’t want to hsare, you can also try to PM Honeylips - she brings him to California for clinics http://www.chronicleforums.com/Forum/member.php?find=lastposter&t=204645

You could go to dressage daily and look at their who’s who-trainers section, and I believe George’s email is on his profile.

I found it thanks!

Does anyone else think it is a little strange that he is still listed on the Gypsywoods website?

Anyone know what he charges for training and for clinics?

Wow, that is fabulous for you guys in the Mid-West. I hope he gets a busy clinic schedule going!

He’s been in Columbus, Ohio for years, based at Gypsy Woods Farm. This isn’t a big move in that sense, but having the winter base at Betsy’s new place in Florida is the big deal for him.

I don’t have his number. The last time I needed it I got it off the USEF website, I think. I imagine they will put a listing in dressage daily too for the new partnership. There is a huge write up on Dressage Daily but I am not sure if the numbers are up to date since it is kind of old now.

You can also send a PM to Roberta on this board.

“maybe I will be there to join you”

This place is becoming a real hotspot! The area has always been fantastic for many kinds of riding and dressage in particular.

Lucky for Ohio.:yes::yes::yes:

The place in FL is great, but I thought he’d already been there for a few years before Betsy bought the place.
