Thank you for the Go-Girl link. I have heard about this but never seen them.[/QUOTE]
I started reading reviews about them and similar products. The Freshette device got higher reviews on Amazon.

I got mine from Cabella’s.
I have not used any other brand so I cannot compare it to anything else, but it was a much needed and well used purchase. I hunt other animals as well and spend a lot of time in the woods so my go-girl stays in the truck.
A PSA… Do not carry homemade Irish cream on your saddle. It does make lovely butter if you can get it out of the flask.
I picked up a flask for the start of my competition season this year and found a DiSarrono-tini (Di Sarrono and vodka) made a wonderful little flask filler. Adjust proportions as desired for sweetness (1:3 seems to be a nice balance)
I just need to know if we are using the go-girl while mounted, or not? K thanks

Well it all depends on how talented you are!!!
I love you all. After 2 kids, I’m now looking at the portable pee devices…
Back to the original question, I like Amaretto + Whisky/Bourbon. (I think it’s technically called a Rusty Nail?). Can vary proportions to your sweet tooth.
I carry Scotch and Drambuie, 70/30, so not too sweet.
The only thing I don’t like is how the Drambuie glues the top of the flask shut-anybody know a solution to that problem?
The flask is antique cut glass with a silver top. It was originally part of a picnic set. A local leather guy made the scabbard for it. It’s a great conversation starter at checks.
Pyrex heavy wall filtering flasks are good.
Can’t go wrong with hound’s blood! Port with whiskey–whatever ratio you’re feeling (I like a little more port than whiskey, but I’m also a lightweight :P).
Though it’s creamy, we also have a member who carries amarula (which is fantastic in coffee) and tastes a lot like adult chocolate milk. I haven’t carried it personally, but am always happy to have a sip.
