I just wanted to come tell you guys about my POSITIVE customer service experience with Giddy Up Goodies. They are a monthly subscription box.
The owner worked with me when I totally goofed and paypal defaulted to my old address (I moved last month). The post office was completely useless on my end and her end in trying to update the address, so she said she would send a new box. I offered to pay for shipping, she refused.
I got my box (this is my second), and LOVE my goodies. 2 weeks later the post office “finds” my box and sends it to me. I offer to send it back…nope! She told me to donate it to a kid at my barn. So I’m either going to donate the prize to our 4H club, or to one of my upcoming shows that benefits a charity as a prize for leadline.
Terri is THE nicest person ever, and it is such a refreshing customer service experience. Especially after The Pony Box was such a disaster… lol!
Anyways, if you are in the market for a good monthly subsciption box…Giddy Up Goodies is the real deal! Really cool horse treats, and other products that I can really use.
