I just wanted to come tell you guys about my POSITIVE customer service experience with Giddy Up Goodies. They are a monthly subscription box.

The owner worked with me when I totally goofed and paypal defaulted to my old address (I moved last month). The post office was completely useless on my end and her end in trying to update the address, so she said she would send a new box. I offered to pay for shipping, she refused.

I got my box (this is my second), and LOVE my goodies. 2 weeks later the post office “finds” my box and sends it to me. I offer to send it back…nope! She told me to donate it to a kid at my barn. So I’m either going to donate the prize to our 4H club, or to one of my upcoming shows that benefits a charity as a prize for leadline.

Terri is THE nicest person ever, and it is such a refreshing customer service experience. Especially after The Pony Box was such a disaster… lol!

Anyways, if you are in the market for a good monthly subsciption box…Giddy Up Goodies is the real deal! Really cool horse treats, and other products that I can really use.

What kind of goodies are in the box?

Both boxes came with 2 kinds of horse treats. The March box had really cute horse pop-tarts.

Both boxes have been themed, so March was a St Patrick’s Day themed box, that had medical supplies. So it came with liniment gel, and a re-useable horsey ice/hot pack. For St Patricks Day there was a cute tiny green hat that had a clip attached to it so you affix it to your hair or your horse’s forelock. SO cute.

This month was a Cinco De Mayo box. It came with sombrero that had a clip attached to it. And of course the treats, a collapsable bucket, some shampoo, a bucket handle.

I’m forgetting a few things from each box…can’t remember it all. But you do totally get your money’s worth. Something for kids and adults alike in each box.

I absolutely love my Giddy-Up Goodies boxes! I’ve gotten one every month since February, and I couldn’t be happier. All of the boxes have contained wonderful products, treats, and surprises. Definitely my favorite box company on the market, and it’s worth every penny, in my opinion!
