This thread is great!!!
I am scared to death of falling, no, not heights-falling (think ski lifts, roofs, ladders); I do however love the big horses (Odin is about 16.3 and life is at least 17hh-baby will be bigger), and have no fear of falling (or jumping) off them.
I saw Poltergeist 3 at the age of 9 (in girl scouts-long story)-spent months not going into the dark, the basement, the garage or stepping in puddles or water, my mom had to cover the mirrors with sheets. I finally stopped sleeping with the light on just a few years ago (I’m 19).
I have to have something covering me to sleep.
I have to have my hug pillow, I may only use it for a few minutes at night (or the whole time-depending), but it must be there.
I graduated HS at 16, and will have my BS in Biology at 20.
I am scared to death of shots-I almost pass out if I need one, and I can’t watch another person get one (in real life or TV)-animals I can give shots too if I need to however.
dentists are evil-they are out to get me, period. On a daily basis I will find something and be convinced that I am going to need a filling, (which involves shots). Or after a trip to the dentists some part of my mouth will feel funny and I convince myself that they missed something. I had to get a filling on both sides of my mouth 1 year ago (after 3 years of not visiting the dentist)-and I refused to eat anything hard on the right side, if I did-it hurt. Which, in reality it didn’t-I was “making” it hurt, as soon as I mentioned to soeoen that it had been 6 months and it still bothered me, the discomfort went away.
I still have all 4 wisdom teeth-2 are in and straight, one is straight on x-rays and almost all the way in, and one is slightly crocked on x-rays, btu has begun coming in and I belive its straight (take that densist who told me at 15 that they all needed to come out-even my current dentist thinks I may be able to leave them in).
I’m sure there’s plenty more, but thats all I can think of for now.
