Gloves + Rain = Slippage

The Nunn Finer Soft Grip are “slippery when wet.”

Skin diver gloves are supposed to be the answer. Used at racetracks. I have a pair, found at a local second hand store. Haven’t used them yet, so can’t tell you for sure how well they work. But they were touted years ago as the best option.

Bummer! I will just have to try and keep mine alive - they are grey so the gross factor isn’t as visible

My coach gave me a pair of her Heritage gloves. She rode in them the day I had slippage issues with my gloves. She said she had absolutely no issues the whole day with her multiple rides.

She was nice enough to give me a pair. Tried them at the show this past weekend, holy grip! I’m not sure how they’ll be in the rain, but so far they are super grippy.

Used deerskin leather gloves (the orangey yellow ones) for hunting through the winter for years - they kept my hands from freezing and did not slip.
