This has sent me into a funk tonight. What a tragedy, my heart goes out to Ann and Jerry and everyone at Lanes End. Run free little one. Not much consolation, but she wa s absolutely treasured and had the best of everything her entire life.

If anyone is interested, many of us are donating to Old Friends in honor of Z Princess, as Jerry and Ann have had many horses there (and still do) and are longtime supporters. Michael is going to have a plaque made with Z Princess’ name and will send a card to Mr. and Mrs. Moss that lists the names of all contributors. No donation is too small. This is simply a gesture that we would like to do for the Mosses and to help other horses in memory of this beautiful little Princess who was beloved by so many. Information is posted on the OF facebook page. I just wanted to mention it in case anyone is interested.

You know these things can happen as a breeder. I had to put a baby down due to a pasture accident and it is tough.
