Good Roeckl Glove Alternatives?

I love love love the old Roeckl Chester Summer gloves, (now called the Roeck-grip Lites.) However, they’re pretty pricey, and they only last me about a year, if that. I’d love to find something more affordable, and bonus points if they’re more durable.

Any recommendations in the $20ish range? Looking for something with a really nice grip, that’s very light and flexible, like the the ‘not-wearing-gloves-at-all’ feeling that roeckls provide. I use suede reins or rubber-lined leather reins, so I’ve found synthetics work best so far.

I like my Nobel Outfitters mesh back synthetic gloves.

I have not found any other with the grippyness of Rockls… and the suede-type fabrics of Nobel and SSG doesn’t seem to last…

SSG definitely don’t last. I haven’t had my Nobels that long. Was hoping for better …

I bought a pair of SSG digital gloves in a pinch at a show when my Roeckls went missing. They’re just as grippy as my Roeckls, I really like them.

SSG definitely don’t last, not any of their types of gloves.

Batters gloves, tackified or not, more durable and less expensive. Save the Rockels for showing

I miss Neumann’s so much, but a few weeks ago I got a pair of Nobel Outfitters and I’m surprised at how much I like them considering how different they are from Neumann’s.

MacWet gloves. They’re mad for golfers, but they’re extremely grippy, lightweight, breathable, stretchy, and keep grip when wet. They’re about $35 on Amazon, but totally worth it

The batters gloves I used were Neumanns… I have oddly long fingers, they always fit well

a few years ago I bought a pair of MacWet gloves on clearance. I believe they were riding gloves, they are all white… loved them. None like them on their web site now.

My SSG All Weather Gloves last forever and are good and grippy. I prefer them to the digital one, and the lighter weight Roekles.
