Background- I have two American saddlebred geldings that I am fostering for a 501.c.3 They are both 19 years old this year. One of them foundered several years ago. I like to keep boots on his front end. I just bought him a size 2 for his left foot but he needs a size 3 for his right and it’s not in the budget. I have larger Cavallo’s and I have smaller boots of other designs but nothing that will fit him. Does anyone have a boot that they can donate or sell reasonably that is in good shape? Thanks so much!
I think there’s a boot exchange group on Facebook.
Easycare has a “used” boot page where you can buy individual boots for about half price. I try to buy all mine there and “used” does not really mean used. They all look like new. P.S. I hate to share this secret.
