Grand Prix dressage live streaming

Vancouver is a really nice horse. All of the rides have been really solid so far. It’s not going to be about mistakes. It’s going to be about brilliance level.

I keep forgetting how difficult the transitions are in the Special (been ages since I’ve watched one live)–ugh I do not envy any of them!

pierre up, at least for me. good morning everyone!

it’s not often i get to start my mornings with fresh cold brew coffee and incredible dressage tests! plus, it’s FRIDAY!

Thank you for this!!!

I am enjoying “Hello Dolly” playing in the background.

SCM1959

To borrow from Bud Collins (tennis commentator) who did the Breakfast at Wimbledon broadcasts, now it’s Breakfast in Rio.

Is anyone else getting a little tired of the music in the background? It seems to be on a loop.

French rider is a handsome guy. Just sayin’

ah, Jimmie Choo… :love-struck: some hiccups but I just love that dang horse.

This horse is absolutely gorgeous - Selten HW?

Love a big dark horse.

Who is choosing the music for today? Hello Dolly to POTO…

I get such a kick out of those Swedish fans in the ridiculous Viking hats.

Yes Selten. Bred in the USA…raised at Hilltop Farm and was Reserve Grand Champion as a 2 yr old at Dressage at Devon.

Is it my imagination - or is Edward Gal sitting a bit slumpier than normal ?

Interesting. Voice and Edward not their usual brilliance again.

What are these judges seeing so differently with Ramel? EX TROT gets a 5 & two 8s in one movement!

Oh good, Phantom of the Opera, again.

I think if you’re in front or behind the horse, you can’t see the unlevel/irregular steps, but it’s quite obvious from the side.

k dressage mavens - Ramel’s movement#25 got a 4 across the board (flying change of leg, 2 tempis) explain - is it because the swing back and forth?

I think it was because of that and the mistake.
