I’ll be the curmudgeon here and say I hate the “Eventing Showcase” type events. I think they do nothing to draw people to eventing and in fact detract from it. Unfortunately, I think this is the sad future of the sport. I don’t really blame the pros for participating because its big money, relatively speaking.

Does anyone know if there is a vendor list?
I completely agree with this sentiment, but I think this showcase actually does it properly and at the correct time of the season. There are three proper phases. The cross country is partially on grass, and it’s a great way to get the top horses out for a good run before their CCI’s.

Such a strange feeling to see Cooley Nutcracker’s rider as Boyd (although I know hes been keeping some of the horses going)
