We purchased a horse from a dealer (always has about 15 or so horses at this auction and goes up and down the East Coast) at a Frying Pan Park auction a few years ago. We were told his name was “Bud” and that he was 6 years old, his coggins said 5. He was a very dark dapple grey when we bought him and has “greyed out” a lot since then. He is about 15.2 with a fairly round body and short neck. We XC schooled him over some little stuff at Frying Pan before we bought him, and he jumped everything no problem. We were told he was originally sold because the owner was going to buy a “show horse”, but who knows… He has been a wonderful horse for us and has never been phased by anything… swimming in lakes, pony club, local events and hunter shows… but we would love to know more about him! I know its a long shot but if anyone has any info we would love to hear it
