That’s probably why.

Frankly, I think that the answers one gives to another on this board is directly in proportion to the number of years one has been working with horses… In my case it’s around 40 years so my answers tend to be a bit long and contain a lot of stuff other people think is irrelevant, but it’s not. Horses are a complicated animal! I have learned that the more I know, the less I know–but I’m very happy to share with people if they take it in the spirit in which it is intended. No, I don’t know everything–but I do know quite a few things after all these years… For instance, I know that 42 is not always the answer!
And yes, I am old–therefore I go to bed before 9PM nowadays!
What I find interesting is that the minute you don’t agree with something someone has posted some of them tend to go off the deep end… :uhoh:
How cool. Even a horse! And a sort-of pitchfork. Works just like in does in my Apple Pages program.
Mac OS 10.5, Safari

This thread has sort of turned into a “help” thread…for both tangible and intangible aspects of the board, so we moved it over here for reference!
Thanks,

Gad! Does that bring back memories.

I just looked it up and they’re called ALT CODES on a PC.
On a mac you need to go to the “Character Palette”.
They certainly would help make stick art more “articulate”.
The question is will they appear the same (or at all) on all different computer operating systems and browsers?

Maybe browser dependent?
I’m browser dependent
just playing with it…

This is so totally cool!
THOSE I can see
It depends on which fonts are installed on your computer, as far as which of the symbols you can see. I can see a lot more of them at home than at work.

Because these are discussion forums - not pros answer all your questions for free forums…
Need specific critical advice? Ask your trainer, tack store, saddle fitter, vet etc…
Want a variety of opinions and ideas - post here…
Exactly this is a disscusion forum. What I dont get is when you give your opinion and make a suggestion about something you know works, some posters feel it nessecary to pick a fight and say how bad your idea is and how good theres is. Everybody developes there own programs that work for them and thus have there own opinions so if it works for them whos to say it is wrong and someone elses is right.
Holy thread resurrection batman!
