Damn; I was looking at his 2020 page, d’oh. Should have realized $70,000 would be a bit low after the kind of freshman sire year he had. BH Stallion Register page shows his 2022 fee as “Private”.
So figure $150K and up.
Or, if you have to ask, you can’t afford him.

Gun Runner was one of my favorites in his 3 yr old campaign and I always believed he would come back better than ever at 4; he proved that right. I think we are just getting a taste of Gun Runner right now. His offspring are only 3 this year. They’re only going to get better with time if given the opportunity to do so. And with his recent establishments; only expect his foal crops to get better as he’s given even deeper books of amazing mares.
He is a beautiful, balanced individual as well who was very sound his entire career. Congratulations to Three Chimneys and his ownership/breeder group.
