half chaps that fit over Ariat Terrain boots?

My SO has Ariat Terrains in dark brown and wants matching brown half chaps.

The Terrain half chaps are light tan - not only a bad match, but too meshy as well.

We recently tried 2 sizes of Tredstep half chaps and no luck gettign them to zip closed over the boots.

Any suggestions? Good quality suede in brown, men’s sizes?

Yup. Justchapsus will fit. I don’t wear terrains, but my riding buddy does. I let her borrow a pair of my cool chaps from just chaps and they were the only ones that fit over the terrains.

I have a pair of Ariat suede half chaps that fit over my terrains. Now that they have stretched out some anyway…

I use the Ariat suede chaps in rust with mine. I have no problem getting them closed and they are very slim on my legs. They have some elastic in the foot area.

A third for the Ariat suede chaps, they are called the “All-Around half chaps”. They are very stretchy. I originally purched them so I could use the same pair of half chaps with both breeches and jeans, and they also fit over all my different boots (regular paddocks, terrain, winter), and they have enough elastic that they are still snug if I just wear regular paddocks and breeches. They’re great! (although hard to clean!)

I also agree with the Ariat All- Arounds. Sometimes you can find an older version for a steal-- Dover had them on sale for less than $50 last year. I find the older version (the IIs, I think) are a little stretchier in the ankle/instep area than the latest ones.
