How much do you guys pay for half leasing a horse? I pay $616 per month plus half of farrier and it includes 2 lessons and 1 practice ride.
It depends on your skill level and goals. If your coach thinks either horse is a suitable fit for you and you want to start leasing now, then go with Earl. Also, it’s a lease, so you should be able to switch later if it’s just a month to month situation.
Just a word of warning, I’d be careful not to jump to conclusions about what the horse needs based on one ride.
Color shouldn’t be a determining factor unless everything else is equal and it never is.
