There’s no rule that says the name has to be spelled correctly or include all the letters or even be a real word. Looks like they did what they had to do to fit it in 18 characters, and it plays off the parents’ names a bit. If you don’t know what it’s supposed to be, though, it might be a little like when you get behind a vanity plate and rack your brains trying to figure it out.

that’s what I meant. I Couldn’t figure it out and I’m usually pretty good at vanity plates. They must have sent in a note with her registration application to explain it. LOL. What surprised us is that the local track announcer figured it out but then I meet him and discovered he’s pretty sharp!
