Harley at 3 months and now (1.5 years). She’s a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog and is my shadow. The best farm dog, loves all of the ponies and the greatest alert dog ever lol!

Late to post since we were at the cottage. This is Paisley, a nine year old mix. Got her when she was a year old and needed to be rehomed. Was told she was an Aussie x Bernese.

He has such attitude. I regret naming him Reckless (full name: [Kennel Name] Hellbent for Leather. He is exactly that, all the time. Sigh.

I have never met a dull Aussie. They’re so popular amongst horse people here. All the ones I’ve met were highly intelligent and seemed like the kid in class who sits in the front row and says “oooo oooooo ooooooo teacher , pick me , pick me… I know All The answers “

What are ridgies like? Are they houndy? My best dog now departed was a black mouth cur. A neighbor has a Ridgeback and he seems very “human”. Often when I drive past their house I see him in the window staring out the curtains calmly surveying the world
