There’s a reduction happening on F-T for one of the California breeding outfits. Lots of mamas with foals at side, rebred mamas, older mamas. And some nice looking youngsters.
This guy is quite handsome
His mama and sibling are for sale as well.

I have been deliberately avoiding this because a) it makes me sad and b) I know myself and I’ll become unreasonably attached to a random mare in California. 
But of course I broke down just to glance at the catalog and how bidding was going… but I wasn’t going to click on any horses… but then I clicked on a couple… and now I’m unreasonably attached to a mare in California. 
Good news is they all appear like they are all going to go pretty high in price.

Same, there are a couple of mares I was eyeing because I keep toying around with this breeding thing but the time really isn’t right. I did get a shipping quote just to put the nail in the coffin. I also don’t know how a mare in foal would handle the cross country trek.
If I needed another riding horse/i was a bolder rider I would love one of the geldings. But I know I’m firmly in the 14-15 hand riding club.
So I’ll settle for giving them free advertising
