Does anyone know yet if we can watch the live stream of The Medal on Sunday with a USEF membership, or do we have to pay ClipMyHorseTV?

I believe the livestream is included with USEF. Replays are for CMH paid members

I get the replays with a $25 USEF membership. As long as you are looking at the USEF section of CMH and you have the Contributing membership or above with USEF you can watch the replays.
I get them and I pay no CMH membership fees. You need to set up a log in with CMH but you don’t have be a paid subscriber.

Here is the website for the schedule, orders, results, etc. There are 214 starters on the list for the Medal, although the order of go is not up yet.
