I ordered 31 tubes of this* and am now wondering if I got scammed since I have had ‘no’ contact not an order number, no shipping or order info although the funds have been deducted from my account.
I ordered once (quite a while back) but had no issues getting the product.
I ordered during a polar vortex and my pentosan arrived with a popped top and leaking. They were super good about refunding me.
I have a few times. Always have received the product in a timely manner (~5 days from ordering). They had good customer service when I accidentally placed an order that I didn’t want to place; the issue was quickly resolved. I agree it would be nice to get a shipping confirmation though.
It was for omeprazole and the site has since the order been ghosting me. Must I have my vet order for me or has the site since closed their doors?
I placed a similar order a month ago and received it within maybe a week?
I just placed an order on 10/17 and received it earlier this week. I received an order confirmation email but that was it as far as communication goes. But I’ve ordered from them multiple times and never had a problem.
Great customer service too. I received a few tubes of omeprazole in one of my previous orders where the tops had popped off and they replaced them no problem.
Did you try calling them?

When you say they are ghosting you, are you assuming that because you haven’t gotten a shipping notice? In my experience they won’t send one. You’ll get your order Confo and that’s it. If you haven’t received your product within a week or so, I would call them. I’ve found them to be very responsive by phone.
Oh, the order showed up before Racehorse meds customer service got back to me so A+ for shipping speed. C- for communication.
