Has Anyone Used Riding Warehouse?

Tabula, I think the only thing I have seen complete agreement on here is the Riding Warehouse threads (and there’s been at least a dozen!). :lol:

I too try not to shop anywhere else. I live in California and have ordered as late as 3:30 pm and still gotten my stuff the following morning. I adore them. I’ve ordered two or three times this week alone. If I need to return, exchange, cancel something, add something, etc., I just give them a quick call and they are fabulous and friendly.

They are always, always my first stop!

IMHO they don’t always have the greatest selection, and there have been times they didn’t have an item I want or carry it in the color I wanted. But when I have ordered they have been quick, professional, and they make returns hassle-free. So they’re not my first go to but I do recommend them if they carry what you want.

Love them! Hassle free returns, great customer service, never been unhappy with them. I do wish that they had a better selection on a few items, but other than that I always check there first when I am looking for something.

Another thumbs-up vote here. Ordered some field boots and breeches and they arrived quickly (I’m in MA) and even came with a ‘free gift’ reusable shopping bag! Had to return the boots and one pair of breeches and the return experience was easy and I got my refund quickly. Will definitely shop with them again!

Yet another RW fan here! My only issue with them is that, like vfx said, they don’t always have a wide selection of items. If they expanded their inventory, especially for their English supplies, I would never shop anywhere else. They have excellent customer service, shipping and returns, and great prices!

I am also a fan! Great customer service and they do seem to keep adding new items. This is my go-to place to order from. I love the free shipping over $50 and also i use my US riders discount and get 15% off every time, no need to try and wait for sales!

I have nothing but good things to say about Riding Warehouse. The free shipping is really free, though if you are on the east coast, your order might take a little longer to reach you than you are used to. But the staff are super helpful–they called me once to straighten out a question about an order–and their sales are great!
