I have been asked to help decorate a Round Bale Hazard for an event. There will be 18 total Rounds bales that will be set “up right”. The bales are net wrapped so they have some thing to attach decorations to the sides. I am thinking I will only decorate 6 bales. I can put a pole in the top to put a flag. I can not paint the bales. Does any one have any great ideas for decorating the bales?
Colored cheesecloth or bunting is cheap and would brighten up a bunch of round bales. We will use it at horse shows when we don’t have enough stall curtains, then we take it home and wash it and use it for rags.
Here’s some found on Google you can try to do without paint

without the color on the bale or could use fabric for color - watch it can’t catch on wheel and come off
Also seen spider bale made with corrugated pipe legs and similar faces

Really like the one above - maybe you can turn them all into carnival rides/booths.

There was a cool collection of pictures that went around a while ago of haybale sculptures. Maybe someone has that. Most are WAY more than you want to do though.
OR you can let them be their own look of golden haybales. Do be a little careful on placement. Even small ponies can move these things if they push it right and then you have to figure out how to get it back in place (remember to mark where they are supposed to be so you know when they get moved).
I love the rocketship!
If you approach it like Mr. Potato Head, the possibilities are endless.
THose are great ideas!! I have a couple ideas in mind. I will let you know what I decide. If it turns out good I might post pictures.
