This question is for those that live in one state and use a vet licensed in an adjoining state, or those that travel and have to get a health certificate to get back home.
I live in NC on the NC/TN line. I haul my horses to the vet office in TN because there are no vets in NC anywhere near me. The vet uses Global Vet software for issuing health certificates. Global Vet software does not allow them to enter my NC address on the health certificate. Per Global Vet, it is because the vet is licensed in TN and I live in NC. Global Vet says I can use a fake TN address. I don’t think this is right. Somewhere on the certificate it should have my address.
For those in my situation, what address does your vet use on your health certificates?
