I gave her a 3yo homebred filly as a broodmare, and the mare is in KY in foal to Aragorn, but Judith seems to have vanished - no answers to emails, letters coming back to sender, and no phonecalls answered. The mare is going to be sold on the courthouse steps, and I’d like to try and sort this out - but can’t get in touch with her… Any help would be appreciated!

Found a woman by that name on Facebook, listed as a German Pinscher breeder. Could that be her?
Possible - when I googled her some dog breeding things came up. German Pinschers rings a bell. I couldn’t find her on FB. Any contact info?

Possibly operates as Changing Strides Farm? In Surrey, BC? And is listed as standing the TB stallion called Testimonial - but none of the phone numbers online for her or the farm are valid. Last address I could find was in this listing from the TB Times:

This post may be late to arrive,but I have just left the courthouse in Courtenay,BC,Canada and as of today a warrant has been issued for her arrest for contempt of court and default of structured settlement payment on an animal related complaint that is a loooong story and lawsuit that began in 2008.Her address is 9436 184th Street,Surrey,British Columbia.I hope this will help you and I am so sorry you had the misfortune of losing your horse.Good luck and karma does get even with those who steal,cheat and lie.

Holy crap, I drive by that place daily. I don’t think there are actually any horses there now??? It’s essentially closed up if it’s the farm I’m thinking of… huge, run down place? The for sale sign says 300 stalls :eek:
No- she is a total nightmare. Had to pay a fortune to bail out the mare she had leased and abandoned, and the one I gave her was sold on the courthouse steps in foal to Aragorn. I am Not Pleased. Hope she gets in serious trouble. She deserves it.
