Help! Dog won't stop licking her wound

Long story short, my two dogs play hard all the time. The heeler chewed up the pit’s back leg by dragging her around by it. The pit won’t stop licking it. She is wearing a cone of shame so the outside of the leg in her hock area is healing but she contorts herself so that she can lick the inside of the leg. Wrapping didn’t work as she rips the wrap off where she can reach it and made even more damage. I’m at my wits end, any ideas?
I am humored at the fact that the pit has the damage vs the heeler. She’s some sort of vicious eh?

Bigger collar, or blow up e-collar + regular cone collar…and, if necessary, maybe a steroid spray to speed up the healing? My dog had a wound on his upper front leg and nothing was working, because he could also reach it, even with collars. The steroid spray helped a lot, though. We did find that a longsleeved t-shirt did keep him from licking it. Maybe you could rig up something with a pair of old sweat pants? I’m sure your dog will be mortified but it might help.

Maybe try a pair of baby/toddler pants? Goodwill and thrift stores have them at good prices.

You can also spray around the wound with bitter apple spray. I also second S1969.

wrap up a different paw and let her maul that bandage.
