Hey western board, I’m making a foray over here from my usual haunts on the hunter/jumper side. I’ve been riding for 8 years now, and just decided I’d like to take some western pleasure or reining lessons. I’m located half the year in the Memphis, TN area and the other half in Tuscaloosa, AL. Does anyone know where there might be someone willing to teach a bit on a horse? I’ll probably eventually want to show, but for now I just need to find somewhere to ride.

Bump. Still haven’t found anywhere closer than 2 hours away. Also super interested in competitive trail riding. Willing to buy my own horse once I’m adjusted to western riding.
