I don’t know what to do, wait til Monday and call my regular vet or take him to an emergency vet.
He’s had 4 shots so far and is now completely lethargic. He isn’t even getting up when people come to the door, or moving out of the way when kids are stepping over him. He is urinating more frequently and vomited yesterday. Today he has no interest in food (so other than beef stroganoff from out table, he hasn’t eaten).

Dog is ataxic and vomiting it’s off you to the emergency clinic. I don’t know that it’s necessarily the Adequan but whatever it is, I wouldn’t wait.
I would get him to the ER Vet.

Especially after 4 injections it’s probably not the Adequan but it doesn’t sound good otherwise, go to the vet ASAP or emergency vet!
Doubt it’s Adequan, but those symptoms say ER visit to me. Especially in an older dog that’s extra concerning.
I’m at the clinic waiting to see the vet. So far I have confirmed a fever of just over 104.

He got fluids, anti nausea, and antacids at the clinic. He’s looking much better tonight.
