Help me find a mare's pedigree please?

Is she a Quarter Horse? Dooly Do Rite breeding maybe?

I have no idea what OldNA is, couldn’t find it with a Google search, did figure out that Frohwind is an Oldenburg.

OK, I figured out what OldNA is. The more info you can post here, and the clearer you can make it, the more people may be able to help you.

I apologize, I guess I assumed nearly everyone on this board knew what OldNA stood for, it is the common abbreviation for the Oldenburg North America registry (as opposed to the German Oldenburg Verband, or GOV, also a registry).

Horse is aged but does have what could be construed as a faded, smudged brand for OldNA.

Try Allbreedpedigreequery or HorseTelex. Look up the sire and the dam. If you find both, you can add your horse because you will know its breeding.

Try contacting Vanessa Carlson at Woodridge Farm. She owned Frohwind and may remember the breeding.

I guess this is the same info you found for Fledermaus, on the USEF site:

https://www.usef.org/_IFrames/pointsAwards/points/leadinghorseresults.aspx?year=2005&oid=224953&oetype=I&hid=4545597&section=3000&bdate=12/1/04&fdate=11/30/05&badpoints=npb

Maybe Nancy Cameron has more info on the dam?

There’s a TB mare by that name, foaled in Oregon in 1989.

The mare does not appear on Allbreed, and the progeny list on Horsetelex for Frohwind does not list this gelding anywhere. I’d be happy to add him, just needed to know the dam’s info. The TB mare Scaramouch found seems to fit the bill, I did check pedigreequery but didn’t think to also run it through equineline. I was trying to avoid contacting the owner listed on USEF records due to the circumstances of the situation.

Thanks all!

The 89 at the end of the dam’s number in the USEF record is, I think, consistent with a horse born in 1989. I’m looking at my horse’s RPSI papers and his TB sire’s number therein ends with the two digits of his birth year
