The crank strap I have on the bridle is too short - I won’t use the bridle because I feel the noseband is too tight, even on the last hole. So I’m looking for a replacement strap, longer than the one that came with the thing.
I tried the Otto Schumacher one from Dover, but it’s too wide. I need it in 5/8", in oversize length. Barring that, I suppose I can order a whole new cavesson.

You should check out Bridle2Fit. Their whole existence is based on mix-and-match bridles.
The Tack Shack of Ocala made me a new one when mine was chewed on. I just sent the bridle and they were able to figure it out.
I suspect it will be easier to find someone to make a new one to your specifications than to find one already made.
KL Select sells pieces of bridles. I always found their oversized tack to be generous.
