So admittedly this is a little charged. My mare, Pew, is a full sister of this filly. Id love another just like her.
This filly doesn’t have an owner/trainer/jockey listed. Only a breeder, Jeff J. McGuire. No races, not even a workout - this concerns me.
Does anyone know where this filly is, or can help me find her? Thank you!
Have you tried searching for the breeder in Indiana? He may know what has happened to her. Breeders tend to watch closely what happens to the horses they produce.
I honestly don’t even know where to start on that one. When I google the breeder some not-so-flattering articles come up about a racing vet with the same name, but not in the area.
I’ll do another search, see if I can narrow down the area.
I did an owner search on equibase. He last had a horse race at Mountaineer, in May. Trainer was Tina Larue. She appears to still be at Mountaineer, as she just sent a horse out on December 19. Try approaching from that angle.
