Not quite, the padded is a bit wider, Someone I contacted thinks it is an old Jimmys 21st century bridle, no longer available 
It’s either a Jimmy’s or Hadfields.

Looks like a Jimmy’s to me, or an Ann K Hubbard’s (very similar design). The Horse|Man bridles from Valencia Saddlery also have a similar look.
Bennett’s Hunter Fine Bridles is owned by Jimmy’s son and could probably custom make something like this, and I think he still offers this type of design. His stuff is gorgeous, as was his father’s!

Looks similar to an old Jimmy’s I have including that slightly orange/reddish hue.

The In Gate just introduced its Coronation line which is English made and looks similar. Maybe that will be close enough for you.
