My son’s gf saw it in Tractor Supply and it’s a men’s, so too big.
Help me find it in a ladies size?
Sadly it probably only comes in men’s sizes. I don’t often find the same belt in a women’s size when I find a men’s version I like

That’s a TSC brand, so if they don’t also have a women’s version on their website then there probably isn’t one.
