I second and third this recommendation. I have purchased a pair of dress boots from them and a pair of field boots from them. Both Kingsley. I love both of them. Both are at the top end of your range but I went with a little flair on both. The owner of this business is great to work with. She is localish to me so I have had in person fittings but I am sure she would do a great job with remote fitting.
