UPDATE: So I got the 1" poly tape, insulators, T-posts, wood posts for the corners, charger, etc. Hubby and I spent 3 hours setting it up according to instructions. It looked great! Plenty of shock, set up well.
Unfortunately it took one horse less then 3 minutes to jump right through it and tear it down.
So, there ya go. Lesson learned. No more electric for me.
