oh good, she crayon lady, rammed the gate, so you’ve got her for criminal damage to property or whatever the law is in your state. this is actually good, cause as long as words are just being thrown around, and letters and email, the authorities stay out of it, but once she acts, like ramming a gate, she is in criminal trouble. and you and your family and animals didn’t get rammed thank God.
well, lay low. crayon lady will lay low now, once the cuffs come out, they calm down. a trip to the jailhouse to make bail, and maybe she will have her car in the shop for repairs, so she’ll be on foot hopefully.

Good lord BA!!! I am so sorry to hear CCTL has caused even more problems. Sadly, she and Mr. CCTL think they are in the right…and don’t have a grip on reality.

As for this thread…you have never mentioned any names or location as far as I can remember. She can print it out every which way from now to Sunday. It will not matter in any court of law. The only things here are facts and opinions…and we still can voice opinions according to the law.

My felons did this very thing. Printed out my thread on COTH and brought it to federal court…said they were going to ‘burn’ me in court.:rolleyes: The U.S. Attorney was praying they tried to present it to the Judge…but their attorneys refused to let them even mention it.

And yes, sometimes the only way to get the attention of crazy folks is to have criminal charges brought against them. Although from my past experience, they will never think they have done anything wrong, they are the victim not you, you’re the bad neighbor…blah, blah, blah.

but as pointed out since in none of your posts have you posted names (other than of your horse which is NOT an identifying point to any of the human characters - nor a location. Then I would love to see the judge’s and lawyer’s face if this thread is given in court as proof of “defamation of character” Which is what I am sure CCTL was planning on using this thread as.
