BA hasn’t done anything she could possibly be sued for. If anything, if she showed the letter to the police (didn’t she mention intending to do that?) and they went out to talk to TL, TL might have totally gone off the deep end and Lord knows what she might possibly have done in retaliation. BA may have had to get a restraining order against her or something? Do you suppose TL is cuckoo enough to have vandalized BA? Ah, as we speculate we can only hope we get an update soon!
As much as I am enjoying this!!!I agree with an earlier poster to let it go. Up to now OP has taken the high road and can proudly defend herself as a mature adult. Don’t post the letter or anymore discussion, just open your training facility and show her up quietly with class. Don’t stoop to her immature and insane level. Now, when you have opened your facility please let us know how it is going!!
I’ll step in, having read all 9 pages of this. I think the OP has done well staying above the CCTL’s level. It’s not always easy to realize until it’s too late that you’re dealing with someone who’s unhinged. We’re armchair quarterbacking. There were warning signs, but most of us give others the benefit of the doubt and expect decent behavior from people.
I think CCTL (Crazy Crayola Trainer Lady) is the one who’s not letting this go. Now OP’s on the defensive against this whackjob.
CCTL is:

She posted on the morning of July 3rd and said there had been some not good developments. I’m just hoping no humans or animals were hurt during said developments.
