I bought a cute off white shirt for a big show last week. I got some weird red stains on it, possibly from my skid boots. I washed it and used shout but they are still there. Is there any hope to salvage it?
Norwex stain remover is incredible. As long as you have not dried the shirt, there is hope.
Rit color remover can also take out some set dye stains.

I honestly have like zero luck getting bad stains completely out, but it might help if you say what the fabric is.
