I’m currently riding my gelding in a borrowed Amerigo Vega reining saddle that fits him really well and fits me pretty ok. This saddle is no longer made and I’m not having any luck finding one used. I was riding in a Bob Avila reining saddle that I LOVED but it didn’t fit him. I was advised by a fitter that he needed a wide gullet but narrow more angled bars and it seems as though that’s not something available on the market without ordering custom. Looking for ideas on brands that may meet this or places I might be able to get a custom reining saddle on a reasonable budget?
