Hello! I was wondering if there are any exercises you do that help you in your riding? I’ve heard that stretching your calfs on the edge of a step helps with your lower leg position. Are there any other ones that you find useful?
Lots of core work, squats, and lunges. I use an app on my phone called Body space to build my workouts. You can pick a muscle group and find exercises for that muscle. They also have workout plans you can follow and track. I really think any exercise is good for riding but I do concentrate on my core and thighs for riding.
