I remember that a COTH member was asking about the process and requirements of becoming a TD or a Judge, but can’t remember who it was or which thread it was on.
I think this will be very helpful, especially for the younger aspirants. The grant money will surely help. It doesn’t really address the big chunk of time involved in becoming an official, but the fact that the new applicants must be competing USEF members will probably help, since they are already spending time at USEF shows.
I’m glad to see the grants. It is very cost prohibitive to become a USEF or FEI offical and we need up and coming younger people to replace those veterans who are leaving.
