Late to the party as I was debating wether to post or not, as I don’t have a link for evidence anymore, but maybe someone with more internet sleuth than me might help.

I used to be interested in the approach of K.F.H. I even have two of his books, which have some interesting ideas, but are extremely hard to read due to the unnecessary wordiness. A friend of mine bought access to an audio lecture of his and offered me to listen to it - it left me an impression that this man REALLY loves his own voice and also talking down about other equestrian professionals/clinicians, which immediately soured my impression.

Funny that others already mentioned how cultlike his rethorics seem. I decided to research some more and came across a blog that described in detail some really disturbing events. Apparently, he’s been banned from any rights to operate in either Germany or Austria (I don’t recall precisely, sorry) as he basically…made a cult there.

There were thorough descriptions of him moving in (along with some other of his followers) with one of his life-coaching clients and taking over her home and finances, as she had to pay for all the expenses, and gaslighting her into thinking that she’s obliged to do so. There was also some disturbingly sexual innuendo, and it was, all in all, a hard read about someones’ journey about escaping a cult.

It might be that the information has been removed because the case is still ongoing, so take it with a grain of salt. But this man could very well be not just a harmless woowoo craycray.

Hmm. This may have been the magic formula to get OP to back off. Or maybe not. I call bingo! for a ranting “will sue you and COTH and your goats unto the 7th generation” rage post in the next few days. Or “tell me your names and send me photos of your farm so I can sue you personally for saying mean things that happen to be true.”

Ah but if OP the Israeli woman with the big crush on The Master posts that, they have blown their cover. Only The Master can rage post “I will sue you for telling the truth.” Interesting conundrum.

Hmm. I don’t know any Hebrew scholars to vet this but I’d bet it’s about as competent as the singing voice and horse handling.

Sometimes cult leaders will learn Hebrew to create their own interpretation of parts of the Old testament. Or remember when the Kabbalah was attracting celebrities like Madonna in the 1990s?

It’s also easy to just hand copy text off the internet.

I’m reminded of the Nigerian romance scammers that send photoshopped passports to their targets and expect to be believed.

I’d be more impressed if OP had a coherent narrative about their life and experiences with horses.

You couldn’t bring me even just 1 example from the billions existing clips of someone who is doing the same with horses, none of the examples you have been bringing are coming anywhere near to what Hempfling is doing and has been able to convince me.

So you probably won’t agree, but here’s a video where the horse is free to do what she wants where she wants, and she chooses to do what her human is doing, next to her human.

I’m not sure how you can say this is worse or less authentic than your guy.

Btw, a breeding stallion gets handled a lot, and i suspect horses are like kids, they don’t really act up for strangers, they save it for the ones they love…

The overall tone of “Doe”'s posts sounds rather familiar…what say you, Doe/OP?

I wasn’t engaged enough to read through the entire 4 page thread, but one or two of the participants seemed a little, how shall I put it, less unimpressed with Mr. KFH than the posters of COTH.

You’d think someone in the marketing department might have learned something in the intervening 12 years; the videos elicited much of the same criticisms leveled here. E.g., the rearing baroque stallions theme has been done to death; try something new for a change.

@Benv here’s WS working with two unhandled young horses, with no restraints of any kind, who are chosing to be around him. I think you would benefit more from watching someone like WS.
