You know, sometimes, we can “wait out” a herniated disc. Discs usually absorb & stabilize in 6-12 months without treatment if we can stick out the pain & issues. I’ve used epidural steroid blocks to get through some and I hope you can too. You’re a horseperson; you’re tough! You can do it!! Best wishes!
