Just thought that I would let those of you , who were so supportive of Heroicity when I sent him to the USA, would be pleased to know how well some of his progeny are now doing. Very proud moment to see William Fox-Pitt and Freddie Mac achieve such a great result on only their second effort at this level…the previous event was Branham where they placed 3rd in the CCI3*. Fingers crossed that they continue to do so well.
As a breeder it is a proud moment when you see some of the progeny achieve what you could only at one time dream about.
Hope to see Bruce Davidson’s Here’s Lola out and about in the not too distant future.
There are some great photos on WFP’s FB page of the two of them at Blenheim if anyone is interested.

It’s too bad that his breeding is listed neither on the British Eventing site nor the FEI database.

What is his damline?

His dam was a TB named Go Tara which you can research on the NZ Racing studbook site. The breeding used to be listed on the British eventing site and is listed on William Fox-Pitt’s website but I do agree it is a shame they have not listed it when they updated their system.

So exciting. Congratulations! I was very bummed that I missed breeding to your boy as I have a couple of girls that would have suited. He was a very cool boy.

Thank-you…it is very exciting…!!
Fortunately I have frozen semen in storage which hopefully I plan on using…just busy taking care of my elderly father right now.

I’m thrilled to see this progeny report. I was first, and foremost, just as excited to see your “name” in a thread title!

Thank-you Toadie… great to see that some of the old regulars are still around…appreciate your support and if as WFP says they take Freddie Mac to the 4* in Kentucky next year a “road trip” would definitely be on the cards…LOL!!

Congratulations! WFP usually has the breeding of his horses on his website, it’s too bad it is so hard sometimes to find the breeding info.

Very happy to see this, Rockin’.

My Nina had a year off from eventing due to a (very) late growth spurt but is now back in the swing of things.

Her jump looks a lot like Freddie Mac’s.

Good to hear how Nina is doing…not surprised about the late growth spurt… happens with most of his progeny.
Here is a video of Bruce Davidson and his mare “Here’s Lola” at Rocking Horse last year.

I didn’t realize she was by your boy. I’ve seen her go a few times and liked her quite a bit.

You are so lucky…I would love to see her competing … have another couple going here that could pass as her twins …maybe next year I can make it up to Rolex … would be amazing !!
