I have been searching for a certain pair of boots and I have found one place in the UK that carries them. I have never heard of the name before, it is Hertford Horse bits. Has anyone dealt with them before? The shipping is only 3.99 euros, so it seems a little low for someone to ship something overseas. I can pay through PayPal, so there is some protection, but want to make sure before I make the purchase.
