I feel like someone needs to break down HISA piece by piece for me and explain it like I’m a 5 year old.
I’ve tried to wrap my head around it for awhile now and can’t quite make heads or tails out of some of the inclusions.
I understand the medication regulation, or at least I think I do. But the depreciation part- I’m kind of lost. I also don’t fully understand PPP loans.
