Oh no way! You can very much blame the post office. I also participate in the COTH Secret Santa and it literally took a month for one of my gifts to come in fir my giftee. I was late for that, too, but couldn’t fork out the $30 something bucks to get it sent before Christmas. So many people didn’t receive things on time when they were mailed on time.

Hey, as far as I’m concerned, the Christmas season is still at its peak until New Year’s, and then still around but quieting down through Epiphany. I don’t mind sending or receiving “late” cards! It’s all good!
I got the charming Duck card, too. I posted earlier, I got one card that took 2 weeks to get up the west coast from sacramento to greater seattle area. That is a 13 hour drive by car. Perhaps we should shoot for valentines day. ( rollyeye)
Let’s just chalk up the late cards, missing names and other accidents to 2020 having one last hurrah! I don’t care when I get the cards, I’m happy to have them, they’ll be staying up at least through valentines!!
(And just sent one HPFarmette, hope you like it a bit late, we’ll see how long it takes to get there from California!!)
Just dropped off HP card, the car in front of me must have put 100+ stout white envelopes in the box. Late cards they looked like. The parking lot of the PO was manic with cars circling
To be fair, last year I got my cards out right after Thanksgiving and one of my friends didn’t get hers until March. We called it her late Valentine’s Day card.
She lives 30 miles from me; I think I could’ve strapped it to a turtle and beaten the time. And that wasn’t 2020. 
They mail has been a real disaster in my area and I still have cards trickling in which is actually really nice! Charlie loves them 
Same here! Don’t mind it a bit – still enjoying them.
